Even the least expected countries have Fuji on a stamp.
That below is from Nepal issued in 1997
Even the United States has Fuji on stamp, neglecting many
of it's own volcanoes.
The following stamp was issued July 14th, 1953
Following the take-over by the Japanese of northeastern China
and the declared independence of Manchukuo in 1932, it is not surprising
to find that the newly created state had Fuji on its stamps.

Sierra Leone Red Cross Stamp issued in 1988 is next
