More stamps of Fuji volcano in the International Letter Writing Week Series.

Starting in (I think) 1958 Japan issued series of stamps with paintings by Hiroshige,

of Mount Fuji. Called 53 stages of Tokaido and Hokusai's 36 views of Fuji.

Stamps Dated from October 5th to 10th of each year.

First is entitled "Kyoto"

Obviously not Fuji, but it's pretty.

Next is 1961 version, Hakone by Hiroshige

1963 version with tsunami wave

1964 version. Fuji from Takaido

1965 version, Fuji across Lake Kawaguchi.

1966 version "Sekiya on the Sumida"

1967 version, Fisherman and waves

1968 version, "Fujimihara in Owari" by Hokusai Katsushika

1969 version, "Mishimi Pass" by Katsushika

1995 version ,Waterwheel

1996 version, issued October 7th.
