Iwate, Honshu, Japan.
Not a very active volcano. Only erupted eight times in last
400 years.
Last "real" eruption in 1919 but gave off "smoke"
in 1934.
All eruptions magnitude 3 or less.
Stamp illustrated below was issued September 16th, 1968 to
commemorate Towada-Hachimantai National Park.
