Easter Island or Isla De Pascua.
No historic eruptions have been witnessed on the Island which
contains shield volcanoes only dated to the Holocene.
The stamp illustrated below was issued by Chile in 1999.
The postcard below illustrates what Easter Island is more
famous for, the statues carved in basaltic lava.
