Pigeon Island, St Lucia.
Not an island since it is connected to mainland.
I can find out nothing about the geology.
But since St Lucia is part of volcanic Island Arc created
by subduction of Atlantic,
one has to figure that it is volcanic.
The most recent eruption on St. Lucia was in 1766 from Qualibou.
