Soufriere, Montserrat.
On July 19th 1995 began the first eruption of historic times.
It eventually led to the evacuation of a large percentage
of the population.

Next four stamps and miniature sheet were issued in 1998
The next stamp was purportedly issued by Malawi in 2007
